How do I return my part?
Four steps. The prepaid label ships inside the same box as your replacement module.

Step 01
Pack the ECM
Reuse the box your replacement module arrived in.

Step 02
Secure the box
Tape every seam and remove any old shipping labels so it doesn’t get misrouted.

Step 03
Apply the prepaid label
It’s in the box with your order. Lost it? Request a new one on the Core Return page.

Step 04
Ship your ECM
Hand it to the carrier — keep the tracking number for your records.
Keep the 30-day window in mind. If your core hasn’t shipped back within 30 days of delivery, the core fee is charged to the original payment method.
